METRIC in one column

Hey guys,

can you please explain how to stack all measures into one column (Metric). Each measure is unique. I posted the sample table, where you can see days, %, $. I know how to set %, $ signs, but  how can I put all measures into one column, especially measures are grouped by region, manager, company. ( note: screenshots are not mine, but I have very similar situation). Thank you
