Hello,
So I have a table with data with 10 company departments. I want only 3 users t see everything and the rest to see only the data for 9 departments. Is there a way in the Table Filter dax expression to tell it to show everything but one department
As you see below, I need restrict most of my users from seeing this department "HR" but see everything else.
I was thinking of creating 2 PowerBi reports but I'm sure there's a way around this. Any thoughts?

Based on my research, you could use the USERNAME() function to implement dynamic row level security for differenr users, and you could refer to below blog:
