Lookup function (=RELATED) including IF is Blank function

 hi There,

I have a quick question, I get information from another table with the function  =related and this works as expected. How ever, I also have empty lines (that are logical) but I want a '1' instead of empty (this for calculation purposes). Not sure if this is possible y/n, i couldn't find a suitable solultion.

So no I have:

ReportingCurrencySpotRate = RELATED(BaseAccountingCommitment[ReportingSpotRate]

and in case he couldn't find the corresponding ReportingSpotRate I want a default of 1.

Hopefully this makes sense and there is a solution for this, thanks in advance for a reply.

Try this,

ReportingCurrencySpotRate =
IF(
RELATED(BaseAccountingCommitment[ReportingSpotRate]) = BLANK() , 1 ,
RELATED(BaseAccountingCommitment[ReportingSpotRate])
)
