I have a login for BI
I have the desktop veriosn - which I have created report in.
However...
I cant login to the Desktop - via the sign in on the top right... it says I need a login for BI... which I enter and it says I need to download the BI in the browser... I do that (again) and it tells me I already have an account.
Then when the browser opens to 365 I can see I have the app. Click on the app and it just hangs...
What do I need to change to fix this? Using Internet Explorer 10.

Hey,
IE 10 is a not supported Browser for PowerBI.
But you can try to clear the cache unter Options, sometimes it hangs because of an expired session token or other problems in cache.
