List fields selection in Text Box

Dears,

i would like to ask you help in creating a dynamic text box  to be used as title. In particular i need to display "markets selected" in the text box including "selected all". 

it works for one selection but when i select more than one it shows only the first in the list

any suggestion how i can do it via calculated field in text box?
