Adding a column on a hierarchy column matrix

Hi everyone, 

I have two tables : ITEM table & SALES table

SALES tables : 

I created a matrix to display sales by employee and item, with a category slicer: 

Now, I would like to add two columns to my matrix (SALES, %) to have this result: 

Can someone helps!
