Link 2 visuals without having the slicer

Hi!,

i was wondering if there is a way to link 2 visuals - a line chart and a card display. where the card display should display the corresponding value as user hover over the chart? 

currently, I only managed to used a slicer to dynamically change the display of the card; however, only the selected data point gets shown on the chart when a specific date is selected. any pointer is greatly appreciated! thank you!

okay, i guess i figured it out. just in case someone out there also looking for the same solution. that will be the edit interaction feature under format... hope it helps!
