Number of days gets from defined another table

I have a two tables and one table define total number days another table define show sum of quantity by week.

I want show via measure not column formula in my matrix table as shown below;

Could you please provide some sample data in the second table (exclude sensitive data) with Text format and the calculation logic of Values filed in matrix value with backend logic and special examples? It is better if you can share a simplified pbix file.
