Linguistic Schema Export - Enabled but Does Nothing

I've read all forum posts, the PR announcing it, the walk throughs, everything...

No matter what I do if I attempt to export the linguistic schema for my model, it does nothing.  If I click import, I do get a popup file-picker window.  I am connnected a to a semantic model in Fabric.  We're running an F64 CU and I have a PowerBi Premium Per User license on top of that.

The Q&A feature only has value if one can edit the linguistic schemas.  What is the actual documented process to do that - which will actually work?
