Post PartisanDynamic email to recipients based on filter condition
Hi All,
We have a requirement to email dynamic Power BI report output as a PDF to different recipients.
The report is to show the recipients sales details as below.
Username, region, $$ are the fields coming from the source data.
Then , another table has username and email address.
Is there a way to send the report to different recipients dynamicaly based on every username based on Power BI Service or Power Automate.?
I have tried the dynamic subscription option in Power BI service, but we cannot use that, as the email generated is with To-adddress from "Microsoft Power BI" which we do not want to use and also the email body has default content from microsoft.

The sender and body on dynamic subscriptions aren't configurable, so if that's the blocker you're down to two routes:
- Power Automate: loop over your username→email table, call Power BI's Export To File with a filter per user, then send with Outlook/Office 365 so it comes from your own mailbox with your own text. Works well; the cost is that someone owns the flow, and it's PDF-only.
- Disclosure, I built the other one: BIPulse. You pick the column that splits the report (username or region), add each recipient with their value, and each person gets their own filtered version on a schedule. The email comes from your name ("Priya Raman via BIPulse"), not "Microsoft Power BI", and the body is a short written summary of their numbers followed by the report pages and a PDF. It doesn't need capacity, so it also works on plain Pro. $79/mo, 14-day trial.
Honest limit on #2: the underlying sending address is ours ([email protected]) with your name on it, not your own domain — if you need mail to come from @yourcompany.com specifically, Power Automate is the one.

I would advise you to make use of the Paginated reporting. You can have your power bi model do all the heavy lifting still but the report is more a static printable report. Its essentially SSRS in the cloud. It will do the "per recipient" style you are after.
