Dynamic email to recipients based on filter condition

Hi All,

We have a requirement to email dynamic Power BI report output as a PDF to different recipients.

The report is to show the recipients sales details as below.

Username, region, $$ are the fields coming from the source data.

Then , another table has username and email address.

Is there a way to send the report to different recipients dynamicaly based on every username based on Power BI Service or Power Automate.?

I have tried the dynamic subscription option in Power BI service, but we cannot use that, as the email generated is with To-adddress from "Microsoft Power BI" which we do not want to use and also the email body has default content from microsoft.

@Idrissshatila- The links provided are to export Power BI report with static data, but my requirement is to send Power BI report with dynamic data to different recipients.  Every recipent will have a different output
