Line & Clustered Column Chart with multiple axis conditional formatting

I have a Line & Clustered Column Chart for which I need to modify the colors of the individual bars based on certain condition. However, the moment I add more than one data field to my y-axis, the conditional formatting feature disappears (see below). How can I do conditional coloring for my bars in this scenario? Pls help

Before adding second data field to y-axis

@Anonymous , Conditional formatting is not on more than one measure, and when you use the legend
