I am creating a Report in Power BI for a table that has 100,000+ rows. I don't need all of the rows to verify my Report is correct. Is there a way to only use the first 100-1000 rows from a table?

Hi @Jeff2Jets ,
Great suggestion @johnt75 !
As Johnt75 suggested, using “Keep Top Rows” in Power Query is a quick and effective way to limit your dataset. It helps improve performance and lets you test visuals or logic without loading the full table.
You can remove or adjust the step later when you are ready to work with the full dataset.
I hope this helps. If so, consider accepting it as solution.
Thank you.
Regards,
Pallavi.

In Power Query you could use "Keep Top Rows".
