Hello, How can I Replicate this report in PowerBI. I want something Similar or much better than this. All values mentiones are calculated as measures, except for names. I tried Cards with names as small multiples , I could only add one measure . I need all measures respetive to each technician.
Context:
1.Technician should sort based on their success Rate and assign rank respectively.

Try following these steps and see if that's what you're lookign for.
Create Measures for Each Metric: You'll need individual DAX measures for each technician's data, such as:
Success Rate: Success Rate = DIVIDE(SUM(Technician[Successful Jobs]), SUM(Technician[Total Jobs]), 0)
total ops ran: Total Ops Ran = SUM(Technician[Total Jobs])
Lead created: Lead Created = SUM(Technician[Leads Created])
Leads sold: Leads Sold = SUM(Technician[Leads Sold])
turnover revenue: Turnover REV = SUM(Technician[Revenue])
Use the RANKX function to create a measure that ranks the technicians based on their success rate (or any other metric). The ranking measure could look like:
Rank = RANKX(
ALL(Technician),
[Success Rate],
,
DESC,
Dense
)
This will assign a rank to each technician based on their success rate, with the highest success rate receiving rank #1.
Use Card visuals to display the measures you created, such as Success Rate, Total Ops Ran, Lead Created, Leads Sold, etc.
You can create a separate card visual for each technician and display their data using the calculated measures. You can also add an image or avatar of each technician on top of the cards for better visualization.
To make the cards sort dynamically by the success rate, ensure that you are using the rank you created earlier to sort the cards or matrix.
In the Visualizations pane, for the technician's rank column, select Sort by Rank.
