KRI Reporting

Hi,

I am trying to create a KRI Dashboard to show the following:

• Each row will be a separate metric with its own assigned thresholds (5 Risk level scale)
  • Within that row I want a circle that will be color coded based on the score and threshold 

I tried conditional formatting but that did not work due to each metric having different thresholds based on %, decimal, etc.

Is there a way to build this kind of dashboard?
