When you say "Clear all filters" is it the browser option:

 

Or the button? If the button this only does slicers and not interactions:

When creating the bookmarks are you choosing "All visuals" or "Selected visuals":

    Hi SamWiseOwl ,Thank you for your interest. My Clear All filters button works as you said.
