Hi Anonymous 

I'm not able to access the sample file and sample data due to some network restrictions. If possible, can you paste some snippet of sample data in the reply? Sorry for this inconvenience.

      Unfortunately my network blocks some cloud file services and googledrive is one of them😥

      Perhaps you can capture a screenshot to show how the raw data looks like (mask or remove sensitive data). Or paste some sample data of one or two tickets. I guess you are creating a table visual in the report and it seems to display one ticket at a time. So one or two tickets' data is probably enough.
