Iam facing an issue while applying the filter to my matrix visual .
For eg if iapply the filter to show top 10 restaurants wiht the highest ratings in a country .The matrix visual still show more than 10 restaurant with high ratings .Can you let me know what am I missing here? Screenshots attached.

@Sumo82 it is expected behaviour as all these have same rating.
It can't get random top 10 if there are more than 10 restaurants with same rating.

Sum Amount = SUM ( Table[rating] )
Top N = CALCULATE ( [Sum Amount], KEEPFILTERS ( TOPN ( 3, ALL ( table[resturant] ), [Sum Amount], DESC ) ) )
