Is there any way to know that all the visual are refreshed after filtering the data by slicer?
Maybe some indicator or a symbol that represent that visuals are still refreshing or completed the refresh.
I do have multiple visuals on one page, and sometimes they overlap the 'spinning circle of dots' of most of the visuals, or, in other words, it makes it confusing to know which visuals are refreshed. Use the Performance analyzer in that page, refresh visuals, observe the render duration for each. Work to improve the performance of the longest duration. Reduce the number of visuals on the page.
