Is there a way to apply a slicer to a chart that displays filtered default value?

Hi,

I have a chart and an outside slicer including 2022 and 2023. What I want is: the chart dispays 2023 data as default value, but when I click on 2022 in the slicer, the chart will display 2022 data. Now I added a filter in the chart so it only shows the 2023 data, but when I click 2022 on the slicer, the 2022 data became 0. Is there a way to realize this idea? Thank you in advance!
