Hi Power BI Community,
Is it possible to crate checkbox in a table visual for each record or rows similar to creating cell checkbox in excel?
Appreciate your response!
Solved! Go to Solution.
Do you want to be able to check the boxes? Or do you want to display a checked/unchecked box? Because you cannot do the first one, but you can mimic the second one by using icons. If you select your table visual, and then go to Layout and go to Conditional Formatting, you can play arround with that to see if that fits your needs?
Click on Icons under Conditional Formatting to see if you can find a suitable solution.
Kind regards

Hi @BBIUser ,
Your demand is a good idea, while it is not supported to create Checkbox in a Table visual in Power BI currently. You can post your new idea in Idea Forum , to improve the Power BI.
It is a place for customers provide feedback about Microsoft Office products . What’s more, if a feedback is high voted there by other customers, it will be promising that Microsoft Product Team will take it into consideration when designing the next version in the future.
