KPI - Filter based on region

Hi,

I would like to get help on below scenario,

I have 3 regions,

Region

America

Asia

Europe

and below are the KPI's :

KPI1	0.7	0.941	0.9236	2.5646
KPI2	0.616	0.912	0.837	0.080425
KPI3	80	116.95	134.8	331.75
KPI4	0.023939	0.034996	0.040337	100%
KPI5

 Here i would like to calculate the value for KPI5 using the below formula

Formula : 

Total(KPI2) = 0.616*0.023939+0.912*0.034996+0.837*0.040337

KPI5 = (KPI2-KPI1)*KPI3 / Total(KPI2) 

The total of KPI2 should change accordingly when the specific region in selected in the slicer
