Hi, I know this has probably been asked many times before but I can't find a solution for my scenario.
I need to show timeslip data for consultants. The company either bills project phases at "Fixed Fee" (fixed price for the project phase with a total number of days, even if they work more than this then they can't bill for it) or "Day Rate" (standard day rate * days worked)
However my matrix totals are not adding up correctly - it seems to be including the sub row "34,725" rather than the total for that project task "35,250".
I've included a screenshot and my DAX below. Can anyone help? I don't know if i'm missing something..

Thanks.
hi, @Anonymous
This looks like a measure totals problem. Very common.
Just refer to this post about it here:
https://community.powerbi.com/t5/DAX-Commands-and-Tips/Dealing-with-Measure-Totals/td-p/63376
Also, this Quick Measure, Measure Totals, The Final Word should get you what you need:

If you still have the problem, please share your sample pbix file or some simple sample data.
Best Regards,
Lin
