Hi,
i've restored Adventure Works 2016 Tabular (from github, with 2.08 MB), in a VM (W10, 12 GB RAM Allocated, 200 GB) with SSAS 2016, through a PS script it seems to have 98 MB, with status unprocessed* .
Then, i try to import all the 7 tables (6 dimensions and 1 fact Internet Sales) to PBI Desktop (64 bits) and i get this error (i've translated from my language):
Load
Adventure Works Internet Sales Model
AnalysisServices: The operation has been canceled because there isn't enough memory available... if you're using a 32 bit version, consider updating to 64 bit version, or increase the available memory..
Is this normal? How to solve this? PBI is 64 bit, from August '18.
Related Question 1: * the tabular model appears like unprocessed, when i try to process default, a message appears in SSMS:
Input string was not in a correct format (mscorlib)
Related Question 2: i also get the same error in SQL SErver 2016, when working in my organization and processing something like 5 * 960K records in a machine with 32 GB of RAM - but i can process 4 [days] * 960K... does this make any sense? The calculated columns are few (3) and simple, and as i've mentioned the server has 32 Gb of RAM.

Could this the problem? I could try my experiences with World Wide Importers 2016, but i simply can't find the tabular sample!

Hi Ricardo,
According to your description, it seems like there's something wrong with your AS database. Could you share more details about the process of how you created your tabular model?

Jimmy Tao
Hi @v-yuta-msft,
there's nothing special do add.
I've downloaded the file from git,
unziped without errors
and restored on SSAS.
