Latest Value - By Date
Hi All,
I would like to create an IF measure for my 'Grade' column so I can add a new column next to grade called 'Latest grade'
I would like this measure to take the latest grade per individual user, and show "Y" if true and "N" if false. I would also like this column to update based on the date range slider I have in use.
Would anyone know how to approach this?

I have had a look at the 'RANKX' post, but I'm not sure how I can get this to work for my grade column?
I would need the rank to be by distinct user and latest test date, would this be possible?
