Hello:
I work for a company with a few subsidiries. Each one, sends me an excel workbook with its data every month. Each workbook has 10 sheets/tables, and the structure of each sheet is the same for all the workbooks. (It's the same workbook, but each one with the data of one company).
I put all the workbooks in the same directory, and then I import each table from all the workbooks (Import from folder).
I would like to know if it's possible to import all the data at once, so i can send each table from each workbook to the corresponding table in my Power Bi file.
Thanks in advance for your help.
Hi @Jonete,
When you load excel files from a folder, all data inside will be imported at the same time.
Regards,
Yuliana Gu
Thanks Yuliana.
I'm afraid that is not what I wanted.
After the step you mention, It asks me to select a table/sheet, and I cant't select more than one at a time.
As they are all tehe same (with the same structure) I wonder if importing all the Tables/Sheets at the same time is possible instead of selecting one by one, and creating as many functions as Tables/Sheets are in the workbooks.
Thank again.
