Import Custom Visual error

I'm not able to import any of the custom visuals. I get the error - The file "xx" isn't a valid custom visual.

Thats odd. From where did you get these cutsom visuals?

From Office store - any custom visual that I import afresh or update the existing ones, I get this error.

I tried the same on my machine. Imported successfully.

Try to reinstall Power BI desktop and then check.

I had tried to uninstall and install it back. Problem still exists. 😞

The issue seems to be on your machine.

Can you double check if you are using the latest version of Power BI desktop?

Also, the custom visual is downoaded from here.

If both of the above are done and you still face issues, you can give it a try on another machine.
