Solved! Go to Solution.
If the URL for image can display in IE10 normally ,you can sign in Service in IE 10 ,and see whether the image in service renders.

Hi Denis @selimovd
so just as a curiosity, i opened it with IE10, the error was on chrome .
It worked with IE.
does this help narrow down a possible solution?
thanks a ton forhaving a look.

If the URL is right and you can see the image and it works in IE, then I think it's an issue with Chrome. This could be an add-in, the cache, the website blocking the embedding in Chrome or the rendering of the engine.
I would maybe try to clear the cache or try in another browser (Edge, Firefox) and see if it's rendering.
Hi Denis, yes. we did follow the URL through inspect element.
everything is fine when we follow the URL and the image shows on a web page.
But not in the report.
Hey @IanCockcroft ,
click in Edge or Chrome with the right mouse button on the image and chose "Inspect Element". There try to find out the URL where the image if referring to. Usually there should also be the error.
Check if the URL is correct and if the image is available at that URL when you paste it in a new tab.
