Hi,
I have a table of referral profile information containing fields like name, DoB, email, address etc.
If a new referral arrives, that has the exact information as a referral already in the table, I would like to be able to identify this.
Equally, I would like to be able to identify instances where not identical but similar to previous referrals.
See image below for examples and expected output.
What is the best way to go about this? Also open to other ways of doing this!
Many thanks

I think you're looking for something that is pretty similar to this: https://community.fabric.microsoft.com/t5/Desktop/Show-previous-value-of-specific-customer/m-p/29522...
As for the similar to previous records, i think you'll need to be more specific with the criteria for what counts as a similar entry (i.e what fields can differ by how much). It will be a lot harder to do this with strings than other data types though.
