I have created a normal report with all the neccessary connections between the tables for cross filtering. Now this report along with the dataset is published to our workspace. Now when I create a paginated report using this dataset on power bi service as my source, will cross filtering between the related tables work in report builder? I have one dimension table which contain org names and is linked to the main or fact table based on the org ids. I have a table in my paginated report that contain all the columns from the main table, and now from my dimension table I want to add org name based on org ids, Is this possible?

Hi @rdini8
My previous paginated report was built in the Power BI Service directly. In case of anything may be different, I created a new paginated report with the same dataset using Power BI report builder. The answer is still Yes.
You can follow the steps in the following document to create a table in paginated report. Its idea is to create a table visual in Power BI Desktop with the same columns, then use Performance Analyzer to get the DAX query of the table visual and use the query in the report builder directly to get all columns you need into a dataset. Then you can create a table with the report builder.

Hi @rdini8
Yes. This is possible. I have made a test to verify it. The relationships are still available to pass the filters between tables when you use a dataset in paginated report.
