    Hi Nidhi_Kochrekar 

    The error should be caused by wrong format in Text.Contains fuction. It should looks like Text.Contains("Hello World", "Hello").

    Please try this code.

    if Text.Contains([SVTTitle],"Response") and ([MeasurementStatus]=5) then "Response Missed"

else if Text.Contains ([SVTTitle],"Resolution") and ([MeasurementStatus]=5) then "Resolution Missed" else "Total Tickets"

    Result is as below.

Nidhi_Kochrekar , Create a Calculated column using below DAX:

New Column = IF( SEARCH ("Response",SVTTitle,1,0)>1 && MeasurementStatus=5, "Response Missed",
                              IF(SEARCH ("Resolution",SVTTitle,1,0)>1 && MeasurementStatus=5, "Resolution Missed", Total Tickets)
