IF Else ?
Hello,
I am trying to add new column
if Text.Contains([SVTTitle]="Response") and ([MeasurementStatus]=5) then "Response Missed"
else if Text.Contains ([SVTTitle]="Resolution") and ([MeasurementStatus]=5) then "Resolution Missed" else "Total Tickets"
where SVTTitle is Text and MeasurementStatus is whole number
There is no error in syntax but getting error in column
The error should be caused by wrong format in Text.Contains fuction. It should looks like Text.Contains("Hello World", "Hello").
Please try this code.
if Text.Contains([SVTTitle],"Response") and ([MeasurementStatus]=5) then "Response Missed" else if Text.Contains ([SVTTitle],"Resolution") and ([MeasurementStatus]=5) then "Resolution Missed" else "Total Tickets"Result is as below.

Nidhi_Kochrekar , Create a Calculated column using below DAX:
New Column = IF( SEARCH ("Response",SVTTitle,1,0)>1 && MeasurementStatus=5, "Response Missed",
IF(SEARCH ("Resolution",SVTTitle,1,0)>1 && MeasurementStatus=5, "Resolution Missed", Total Tickets)The error should be caused by wrong format in Text.Contains fuction. It should looks like Text.Contains("Hello World", "Hello").
