How to give hyperlink to the locally stored images(C:\Users\pratima\Downloads\PowerBI\Images) in Power BI Desktop

Power BI Desktop only supports Image URL. You can only directly import the local file as a tile.

Actually, my image type is static.How to give the hyperlink on that particular image Power BI  desktop
