Hi ALL,
An urgent requirement which I am messing up with. If you all can please help:
Need to change data source of existing Power BI report from Power BI Dataset(live connection) to Databricks (DirectQuery Mode).
searched internet but couldn't find relevant one.
I also can not see Power BI dataset connection in Query Editor. where exactly I can find it. I was trying if I can replace those connection with databricks direct query.
Any comment , help is appreciated.
Thanks in Advance

Hi @DataSpace
You cannot change the datesource from PowerBI Dateset to Databricks directly, but you can add the Databricks to the PowerBI desktop after changing the import mode.
Click the 'change the mode' on the lower right corner of Power BI Desktop to change the mode to direct query
Then you can add the new source to Power BI desktop, and you can add the Databricks to the Power BI Desktop first, then delete the orignial datasource to replace it.
Best Regards!
