Hi Community,
I have 2 Tables like Your ResponseTable Values ((Your Response table RLS applied) ) and Cohort Table Values (Cohort table RLS not applied) but i have show the side by in single table visual.
Note: Visual leval filters are same for both the table ( Like ID 2 values and hedder string )

You could merge the 2 tables as a new table on the column 'category name' and display the results of that table.
Your question is unclear to me, please can you specify what you are asking

For this you just need to have a dimension table that does the link between both table based on the image you present you should have a dimension table with the category name that has a one to many relationship with the Response Table Values and Cohort Table Values.
Then using the Category from the dimension table and the values from the facts you should be able to do what you need.
