How to show the child company's financial data under its parents in matrix table

Hi,

I want to break the Total AFBI and Total Income of 11ABC by Company ABC and its child Company CDB. Right now I have the sum of Total AFBI (1,236,834,747) and Total Income (1,436,398,615) of 11ABC in the top matrix table on the right handside and the break down (1,154,639,024 & 82,195,723 & 1,348,868,309 & 87,530,306) of them in the bottom matrix table. I would like to do the same for 11BCD as 11ABC and 11BCD are the parents of Company CDB. Each of them owns 50% interest of Company CDB. Below are the PBIX file link for your reference. Thank you in advance for your help.

Hi, @minhquankhong

As far as I am concerned, you can not break down the child and parent's financial data in this matrix table, because you use measures to calculate these values, and measures can not be stratified. What we can only do is to put the 'PL_Domestic Entities'[Basket] into the column of the chart, and the value of the AFBI, Income, and total income can be grouped by [basket], like this:

Hi, @minhquankhong

According to your description, you want to have the sum of Total AFBI (1,236,834,747) and Total Income (1,436,398,615) of 11ABC and break down in the below Matrix, then do the same for 11BCD.

When I downloaded and opened your pbix file, I found that your report is the same as the expected output you described, like this:

Am I misunderstand you? Or you have achieved the result by yourself after you opened this case?

If you have sloved your problem by yourself, would you like to mark your own reply as a solution so that others can learn from it too?

Thanks in advance!

Hi @v-robertq-msft,

My question is how to break down the child and parent's financial data in one matrix table rather than show the total in one matrix table and the break down in one matrix table. Thank you for your help.
