How do I show visual header tooltip icons all the time - not only on mouseover?

Now Power BI Desktop doesn't support show visual header tooltip all the time without  mouseover.

Please vote for it.

Interactive header always display over visuals instead of hiding them

Be sure that hyou have the Icon turned on the options of the visual.
