How to set the format of columns of values in a Matrix visual?

I wish to set the format (background color) of values columns in a Matrix. However, when I set that through "Values" setting, I noticed the the format of a dimension column was also changed.  It seems that PBI considers the rightmost dimension column (Product column in the screenshot)as Values. Does anyone know how to set the format for values-only columns?

Under 'Row Headers' set 'Banded row color' to 'off'.
