How to select just one value from a column of repeated values based on other column information?

I have the following table:

I need to return just one value from the column "Total de Horas" based on the criteria of the column "workdays.data.shift_appointments". E.g.: I need to return the value related to 8:00 hours. Please, how could I do this?

PS: All values are formatted according to Brazilian Portuguese Standard

Try

Selected total hours =
CALCULATE (
    MIN ( 'Table'[Total de horas] ),
    KEEPFILTERS ( 'Table'[workdays.data.shift_appointments] = "08:00" )
)
