How to see my support request with MS that I filed online?

I'm new to PBI. I have PBI Pro v2.88 on Windows 10 (x64).

 

I filed a support request with Microsoft at https://powerbi.microsoft.com/en-us/support/. A rep contacted me the next day which is fine. Is there a way to see this support request online to see the status of it, or perhaps add another comment? I signed in to the URL above and it takes me to https://app.powerbi.com/home?noSignUpCheck=1 and I don't see any support requests there. 

 

I got an email when I filed the request and the only clickable link in the email is for the Microsoft Privacy policy.

@croberts21 , Check you might have received a mail when you logged the issue.
