I have a stacked bar chart that appears as so:
Quite simply, I want to reverse the order of the years so that 2011 is on top and 2019 at the bottom. Seems it would be an easy thing, but as a rookie, I'm discovering nothing in Power BI is ever easy. 😕
In my data table the "Years" column is formatted as a "date" data type, and I've tried switching from acending to decending order, and back again, but it seems to have no affect.
So how can I make this change?

Change the Y-axis type to "categorical" in the formatting pane and then sort ascending by year:
