    Hi Pratima,

    Based on your error message, the Amazon Redshift connector is unable in your Power BI desktop. What's your version of Power BI desktop? 

     

    This new connector allows users to build reports based on their Redshift data since March 2017 update version. More details, please review this article. 

    Please dowbload the new Power BI version here . Update your Power BI and check if it works fine.

        Dear V-huizhn-msft,

         

        First i enabled the VPN connection, after that my error got resolved.
