How to repeat text boxes, images, formatting etc. across all pages of a Paginated Report

For the life of me I can't figure out how to add textboxes, images, etc. to every single page of a paginated report. I only see them on the first page and then they disappear. I have looked everywhere, but haven't found a solution.

Anybody know how to solve this?

Appreciate the help. I've read all those same articles and none of the solutions discussed have worked for me. I think I am just going to give up on Report Builder as it seems to be more trouble than it's worth at this point.
