How to remove duplicate rows from a column with a column as an additional criterion

Good morning Power BI community.

I have a table with 4 columns, from the server name I want to remove duplicates, but only those rows where "Plan patch date" is null.

In this example, row 1, 3, and 5 should be deleted.
