Does anyone know, how to refresh the local cache of SSMS's IntelliSense for DAX queries?
For TSQL queries the option is there as well as the shortcut. For SSAS queries, I don't see anything.
It is driving me crazy. Is there a workaround?
Hi, @smpa01
I'm not good at T-SQL but I think this feature might not support DAX queries.

My first thought was surely CTRL-SHIFT-R just works... but no you're absolutely right it doesn't at all. Just spent 10 minutes playing with it and I can't work out out how to force it!
Thanks for trying. This is a real issue. Since it is not updating, I don't know if I have a syntax error or they are just SSMS bug for cache not updating for SSAS queries.
Love DAX studio, but copy paste resulting table (for result validation) is a different level of trouble which on the other hand is no issue in SSMS.
