How to merge data

Hi, I have a two datasets. I appended 'table 1' and 'table 2' below. I'm trying to merge the location data from table 2 to table 1's rows using UPPER(NTID) and EMPNET_ID as the link to show the location data.

Logic: If there is a match between those two columns, to add the location data to that row. (Sort of a XLOOKUP() you would use in excel.) How could I do that in power bi?
