How to make the rounded corner box in the officail sample from Power BI

I surfed powerbi.com, and find a sample here. Specifically the report is located here

 

I'm wondering how I can make the rounded corner box in the left-top side.

This is a rectangular shape that surrounds the text.

 

Insert a rectangle under Shapes and change its Round edges percentage under Format Shape/Line pane.
