How to keep only one value in a column with repeated (similar values) per record

Hi, 
What I am trying to do is demonstrated in the following tables. So if there are repeated values in the last column (estimate) per customer in the same year, I want to keep only one value and leave the other ones blank. These repeated values are from the data source, which I have no control on. I tried group by but it did not work:

Hi,

Based on the limited dataset you have shared, try this calculated column formula

=if(Data[Transaction]>1,blank(),Data[Estimate])

@mnsen , Create a new column like

new estimate = if([transaction] = minx(filter(Table, [Year] =earlier([year]) && [customer] =earlier([customer])),[transaction]), [estimate], blank())
