How to have blank data to appear as Zero.

In the report the division names are appearing but some are showing with blank data even though in the measures the blank function is used as ZERO hard coded in the argument.  Please advise

You can try the following methods and see what works for you. 

1st Method:
VAR __measure = [Your Measure] 
RETURN 
IF( ISBLANK(__measure), 0, __measure) 

2nd Method:
VAR __measure = [Your Measure]
RETURN
IF( ISBLANK(__measure), __measure + 0, __measure)
