Hi community,
I have quite a strange issue, let me show you some examples :
When importing data from the database it imports the dates as a "Text" field.
When I change the "Text" into "Date" format, here is the output :
This is exactly what I am expecting. However, when saving my modifications, on my report I have the following :
How is it possible ? How can I handle this ?
Taking into account that on my preview everything seems to be fine...
I cannot let the field be in "Text" format because I need to do some filtering on the dates.
Many thanks for the help provided.
Jonathan

Hi @Quenjo
In Power BI Desktop, switch to Data view, select your Date column, ensure its Data type is Date and change its Format to dd.mm.yyyy in Column tools ribbon.
