@ma7amed So, in your original post, second screenshot, if you click on the Datasets + dataflows tab what do you see? Maybe you just don't have access to any published datasets?
Hey @Greg_Deckler
I reached out to my It department..and they have little knowledge regarding power bi
Any help please how the admin can enable live connection
@ma7amed Perhaps Allow Live Connections is turned off in your tenant?
@ma7amed Go to Power BI Service. Click the little gear icon in the upper right. Choose Admin Portal. Then Tenant Settings. Service for "live".
I find no options at all at admin portal
@ma7amed You aren't a tenant admin apparently. Go track down your tenant admin and berate that person to turn on Live connections?
@Greg_Deckler
I don't exactly get what tenant admin is but ,
I created the data set myself & published it to the server
@ma7amed So every Office 365 and Power BI instance has tenant admins. Think your IT group that originally provisioned the environment. Somebody on that team is likely a tenant admin or essentially a global administrator for the environment. You can create datasets and reports and publish them but just like you can't go into your active directory environment and add users and groups most likely, you can't perform certain operations unless you have the necessary juice.
